Easily create a delicious buttercream with this FunCakes mix. The cream is perfect for filling, covering, and decorating cupcakes, cakes, and much more! You only need to add water and butter to the Buttercream Mix to make the tastiest buttercream.

With this mix, you can effortlessly make a smooth, creamy buttercream, perfect for filling cakes and as a topping for cupcakes.
The cream can also be used to cover a cake before decorating it with fondant or marzipan.
FunCakes buttercream already has a delightful vanilla flavor, but you can transform it into unique flavor creations using flavor pastes. Add some food coloring (FunCakes Gel or Paste) to complete your creation!

Preparation: Process ingredients at room temperature. For one portion: mix 125 g of mix with 125 ml water, whisk with a whisk, and let it set for at least one hour at room temperature. Beat 150 g unsalted (cream) butter for about 5 minutes until soft. Gradually add the mixture to the butter, mixing completely before adding the next portion. Mix everything until smooth (about 10 minutes). One portion of buttercream is enough to fill and cover one 20 cm cake or to decorate about 12 cupcakes.
