Instructions: See the table on the packaging for baking times and ratios. Preheat the oven to 175°C (160°C convection). Make sure ingredients are at room temperature. Mix the mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a bowl. Beat for 6-8 minutes until a fluffy batter forms. Fill a greased baking pan ½ to ⅔ full and bake until done. Tip: Fill or garnish with buttercream or cream cheese frosting. Also suitable for cupcakes (approx. 20 pieces using 500 g mix recipe), bake at 175°C (160°C convection) for approx. 20 minutes.
