Right of Withdrawal / Returns
If the product does not meet your expectations, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days by sending us an email at info@sweetsandbites.shop.
After registering your return (withdrawal), you have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us.
Sweets & Bites by Nune accepts returns, provided they are registered with us within 14 days after delivery. This withdrawal period starts the day after receipt. Within this period, an item can be returned, with a reason provided. The following conditions apply:
- Magazines are excluded from returns.
- The product and packaging must not be opened or damaged.
- The product must be returned with all supplied accessories and in its original condition and packaging.
- Please provide a reason for the return when registering the item to be returned via info@sweetsandbites.shop, including your order number.
- Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. If postage is insufficient, the cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Returns must include a track & trace number. We are not responsible for lost shipments sent without it.
- Original delivery costs are non-refundable.
