Easily make a delicious buttercream with this FunCakes mix. The cream is perfect for filling, frosting, and decorating cupcakes, cakes, and much more! Simply add water and butter to the mix to create the tastiest buttercream.

With this mix, you can effortlessly make a creamy and delicious buttercream, ideal for filling cakes or topping cupcakes.
The cream can also be used to coat a cake before covering it with fondant or marzipan.
FunCakes buttercream already has a delightful vanilla flavor but can be transformed into unique flavor creations using flavor pastes. Add a little food coloring (FunCakes Gel or Paste) to complete your creation!

Preparation: Work with ingredients at room temperature. For one batch: mix 125 g of mix with 125 ml water, whisk with a hand whisk, and let it set at room temperature for at least one hour. Beat 150 g unsalted butter (softened) for about 5 minutes. Gradually add the mixture to the butter, mixing completely before adding the next portion. Mix everything until smooth (approx. 10 minutes). One batch of buttercream is enough to fill and coat one 20 cm cake or decorate about 12 cupcakes.
