Article 1 – Ordering & Shipping
We deliver your order safely and quickly via trusted partners such as PostNL and DPD.
Shipping rates per weight category and country:
Netherlands (PostNL)
- Package up to 5 kg: €6.95
- Package 5–23 kg: €8.95
Belgium (PostNL)
- Package up to 5 kg: €8.95
- Package 5–23 kg: €10.95
Germany (DPD)
- Package up to 3 kg: €9.95
- Package 3–10 kg: €12.95
- Package 10–20 kg: €14.95
Important information:
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the weight and delivery address.
- Shipping costs apply per order, regardless of the number of items.
- Delivery times may vary per destination.

Article 2 – Delivery Time
Once payment is received, your order will be shipped as quickly as possible. Orders placed and paid on weekdays before 3:00 PM are generally handed over to PostNL the same day.
Delivery times in the Netherlands:
- In most cases, packages are delivered the next business day by PostNL. Occasionally, delivery may take an additional day. This is beyond our control.
- No shipments are sent on Sundays. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Shipping to Belgium & Germany
- For Belgium (PostNL) and Germany (DPD), the shipping method is similar.
- Average delivery time: approximately 2 business days.
Note: Delivery is handled by PostNL or DPD. While we do our best to ship orders quickly, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. Please order on time, especially for time-sensitive items.
Article 3 – Payment
We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL | Wero , PayPal, Bancontact, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Klarna.
iDEAL | Wero Payment Advantages:
- Safe and easy, just like online banking.
- Supported by major Dutch banks.
- Requires access to online banking with a participating bank.
- Full control and overview of your payment.
- Developed by ABN AMRO, ING Bank, and Rabobank.
- Can be used by customers with accounts at ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers.
How iDEAL | WeroWorks:
- Place your order and select iDEAL | Weroat checkout.
- Choose your bank from the dropdown menu.
- You will be redirected to your bank to authorize the payment. The amount is immediately debited, and your order is processed.
Credit/Debit Card Payments:
- Accepted for orders over €50.
Article 4 – Complaints
We handle your order with the utmost care. If you are not satisfied with the service or product, please contact us immediately!
- During our opening hours Monday–Friday, 10:00–17:00, you can reach us by phone at 06-29219197 or by email at info@sweetsandbites.shop.
- Outside opening hours, send an email via our contact page, and we will respond the next business day.
Article 5 – Warranty
All our products are covered by the statutory warranty (non-conformity).
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal / Returns
If a product does not meet your expectations, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days by sending us an email via our return page. After registering the return, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
Conditions for returns:
- Magazines are excluded from returns.
- Product and packaging must not be opened or damaged.
- The product must be returned in its original state and packaging, including all accessories.
- Please provide a reason for the return when registering it.
- The customer pays for return shipping. If postage is insufficient, the cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Returns must include track & trace. We are not responsible for lost shipments sent without it.
- Original shipping costs are not refunded.
