Preparation: For every 200 g of mix, add 500 ml water. Whip the cream for approximately 5 minutes until smooth. Let the cream set slightly before use. Suitable for filling cakes, éclairs, or custard buns. The cream can also be baked in or on top of products, such as cakes.
