The FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® Choco is perfect for filling and frosting cakes or as a topping on cupcakes. This extremely light, airy chocolate cream is heavenly delicious and very easy to make. You can prepare Enchanted Cream® Choco in just a few minutes. Simply add water and/or milk, mix briefly, and the cream is ready to use. Enchanted Cream® is much lighter than other creams but still firm enough for cupcake swirls that hold their shape beautifully.

With this version of Enchanted Cream®, you get the best of both worlds: the heavenly texture of Enchanted Cream® and the rich taste of chocolate.

Preparation: For 1 portion of Enchanted Cream®, mix 150 g of the mix with 100 ml milk and 100 ml water for 3 minutes at high speed. Add a FunCakes flavoring if desired. The cream can be used immediately. Prepared cream can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days; stir before reuse. Optionally, you can use only milk (200 ml) or only water (200 ml) to make the cream creamier or lighter. One portion of Enchanted Cream® is enough to fill 2 layers and frost 1 cake of Ø25 cm, or for a swirl on about 24–30 cupcakes.
