Just add eggs and butter to bake these light, moist, golden-brown cupcakes. The cupcakes already have a lovely vanilla flavor, but you can add a FunCakes flavor paste for unique flavor explosions!
This cupcake mix is not only suitable for cupcakes but also for mini cupcakes, cake pops, or a regular round or rectangular cake—all of artisan quality.

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection 160°C). Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. For 20–24 cupcakes: mix 500 g of mix, 250 g (softened) butter, and 5 eggs (250 g). Beat at low speed for 4 minutes until smooth. Place paper liners in a muffin tray and scoop the batter into the liners (about half full). Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 18–20 minutes. For mini cupcakes: 500 g of mix yields about 40–48 mini cupcakes. Bake for about 12–15 minutes. For a cake (25 cm): bake at 150–160°C (convection) for about 60–70 minutes.
