Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 175°C (160°C for fan ovens). Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. Mix the FunCakes Mix, eggs, and water in a bowl. Beat for 7–8 minutes on high speed, then 2–3 minutes on low speed. Pour into a greased baking tin (fill ½ to ⅔ full) and bake until done. Do not open the oven while baking! The biscuit is ready when it feels springy to the touch. Immediately remove from the tin after baking and let it cool on a wire rack.
