Easily make a delicious buttercream with this FunCakes mix. The cream is perfect for filling, covering, and decorating cupcakes, cakes, and much more! For the Buttercream Mix, you only need to add water and butter to create the tastiest buttercream.

• The cream can also be used to cover a cake before decorating it with fondant or marzipan.
• FunCakes buttercream already has a delightful vanilla flavor but can be transformed into unique flavor creations with flavor paste. Add some food coloring (FunCakes Gel or Color Paste) to complete your masterpiece!

Preparation: Use ingredients at room temperature. For one portion: mix 125 g of mix with 125 ml of water, whisk and let it set for at least one hour at room temperature. Beat 150 g unsalted butter for about 5 minutes until soft. Gradually add the mixture to the butter, mixing completely before adding the next portion. Mix until smooth (approx. 10 minutes). One portion of buttercream is enough to fill and cover one 20 cm cake or decorate approximately 12 cupcakes.

Ingredients: sugar, modified starch, whey powder (milk), dextrose (wheat), dried glucose syrup, gelling agents: E339, E450, E516, E401, emulsifier: E435, salt, thickener: E415, flavoring (milk). For allergens, see the ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: egg, soy, and lupine.
