FunCakes Mix for Strawberry Bavarois 150 g
With the FunCakes mix for Bavarois, you can make a delicious strawberry bavarois, filling, or dessert!
Instructions: Whip 250 ml of cream until soft peaks form. Mix 50 g of bavarois mix with 60 ml of lukewarm water and gently fold this mixture into the whipped cream. The bavarois should be used immediately in a cake or dessert, then let it set in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Freezer safe.
Ingredients: Sugar, gelatin, strawberry (4%) (dried), modified potato starch, acid: E330, flavoring, salt, color: E162.
May contain traces of: gluten, egg, soy, milk, sesame, lupin.
Storage: Keep cool and dry, 8°C–24°C.
