Perfect on its own, but also ideal for adding your favorite toppings, fruits, and fillings! The mix can also be used to make a vegan apple pie, vegan carrot cake, or vegan cupcakes.

Contents: 400 g

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Make sure ingredients are at room temperature. Using a whisk, mix 400 g of mix with 160 ml water and 180 ml (160 g) vegetable oil for 3 minutes on medium speed until smooth. Grease a cake tin of approx. 25 cm or a round pan of Ø 20 cm. Pour the batter into the tin and bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 50-55 minutes. Remove immediately after baking and let cool on a wire rack.

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, wheat starch, raising agents: E450, E500, alphadextrin, salt, vanilla flavor, color: E160a, enzymes (wheat). For allergens, see the bold ingredients. May contain traces of soy and lupin.
