Instructions:
Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for fan ovens). Mix the FunCakes Mix with eggs and water, and beat the batter on high speed for 7–8 minutes, then mix on low speed for an additional 2–3 minutes. Pour into a greased baking tin (fill ½ to ⅔ full) and bake in the preheated oven. Do not open the oven while baking! The cake is ready when it feels springy to the touch. Remove immediately from the tin after baking and let it cool on a wire rack.
