Just as they’re meant to be: American-style, light and fluffy muffins with a vanilla flavor. Simply add water, vegetable oil, and your favorite filling, and in under half an hour, they’re ready to serve and impress your guests.

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). For 12 muffins, mix 500 g of the mix with 200 g vegetable oil (220 ml, e.g., peanut oil) and 200 ml water in a bowl on low speed for 5 minutes until smooth. Add fillings as desired, such as baking-stable chocolate, blueberries, banana, or nuts. Place 12 paper liners in a muffin tray and fill each just below the rim with batter. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until golden.
