Give your buttercream, bavarois, ice cream, and various fillings a delicious fruity taste with FunCakes flavor paste.

FunCakes flavor pastes can be added to batter, making them perfect for baking. Ideal for adding a wonderful flavor to sponge cakes, cupcakes, and other desserts. Add the recommended amount to your batter. Add extra flavor paste if baking at higher temperatures (above 200°C), as the flavor may otherwise be reduced. The flavor paste can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: sugar, banana (30%), glucose syrup, water, flavoring, thickener: E440a, antioxidant: E300, coloring: E100, E160a. May contain traces of egg, milk, and nuts.

Recommended dosage: 30 g per 500 g.
