Give your buttercream, bavarois, ice cream, and various fillings a delicious fruity taste with FunCakes flavor paste.

FunCakes flavor pastes can be added to batter, making them perfect for baking. Ideal for adding a delightful flavor to your cake or cupcake batter. Add the recommended dosage to your batter. If baking at higher temperatures (above 200°C / 392°F), add extra flavor paste, as heat can reduce the intensity of the flavor. The flavor paste can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: sugar, strawberry (27%), glucose syrup, acidity regulator: E330, flavoring, thickener: E440a, coloring: E120, E100. May contain traces of egg, milk, and nuts.

Recommended dosage: 30 g per 500 g batter.
