FunCakes Mix for Swiss Meringue Buttercream 800 g

Making Swiss Meringue Buttercream from scratch can be quite a process. There are several precise steps that often cause it to fail for many bakers. At FunCakes, we love making complicated baking recipes easy by creating a convenient mix. That’s exactly what we did with Swiss Meringue Buttercream — you only need to add butter and water, and you’re ready to decorate!
Preparation:
Work with ingredients at room temperature. For one batch: mix 100 g of the mix with 70 ml warm tap water, whisk on high speed for 8 minutes until fluffy. Add 220 g unsalted butter in 4 portions, mixing fully before adding the next portion. Continue mixing on high speed for about 8 minutes until smooth. One batch is enough to fill and frost a 20 cm cake or decorate about 12 cupcakes.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at 15–20°C.
