Enchanted Cream® is much lighter than other creams, yet still firm enough to hold cupcake swirls that stay beautiful for a long time. You can make Enchanted Cream® Choco in just a few minutes. Simply add water and/or milk, mix briefly, and the Enchanted Cream® is ready to use immediately.
With this version of Enchanted Cream®, you enjoy the best of both worlds: the heavenly texture of Enchanted Cream® and the rich taste of chocolate.

You can literally make this cream in an instant. Just add water and/or milk, mix briefly, and the cream is ready to use.
This version of our famous cream combines the heavenly texture of Enchanted Cream® with the rich flavor of chocolate.

Content: 450 g

Instructions: For 1 portion of Enchanted Cream®, mix 150 g of the mix with 100 ml milk and 100 ml water at high speed for 3 minutes. Add a FunCakes flavoring if desired. The cream can be used immediately. Prepared cream can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days; stir before reuse. If desired, you can also use only milk (200 ml) or only water (200 ml) to make the cream creamier or lighter. One portion of Enchanted Cream® is sufficient for filling 2 layers and coating 1 cake of Ø25 cm, or for topping approximately 24–30 cupcakes.
