Instructions:
Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. Knead 500 g of mix with 150 g (room) butter and 1 egg (50 g) into a dough. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for fan ovens). Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 3 mm thick. Cut out cookies and bake in the center of the oven for about 12 minutes until golden. Let cookies cool and decorate as desired. Makes approximately 25 cookies of 7–10 cm, depending on thickness and shape.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, dextrose (wheat), glucose syrup (dried), raising agents: E450, E500, flavoring (milk).
