FunCakes Buttercream Mix 500 g

Easily make a delicious buttercream with this FunCakes mix. The cream is perfect for filling, spreading, and decorating cupcakes, cakes, and much more! Simply add water and butter to the mix to create the most delicious buttercream.

With this mix, you can quickly make a creamy buttercream, perfect for filling cakes and as a topping for cupcakes.
The cream can also be used to cover a cake, ready for fondant or marzipan.
FunCakes buttercream already has a lovely vanilla flavor, but can be transformed into unique flavor creations with flavor paste. Add some food coloring (FunCakes Gel or Paste) for a finished masterpiece!

Preparation: Work with ingredients at room temperature. For one portion: mix 125 g of mix with 125 ml water, whisk with a hand whisk, and let the mixture set for at least one hour at room temperature. Beat 150 g unsalted butter for about 5 minutes until soft. Gradually add the mixture to the butter, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Mix everything until smooth (approx. 10 minutes). One portion is enough to fill and cover a 20 cm cake or decorate about 12 cupcakes.
