Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 175°C (160°C for fan ovens). Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. For a Ø20 cm cake, mix 250 g of mix, 230 g of eggs (approx. 4½ eggs), and 20 ml of water in a bowl. Beat for 8–10 minutes on high speed, then 2–3 minutes on low speed. Pour into a greased baking tin (fill ½ to ⅔ full) and bake in the oven for 35–40 minutes. Do not open the oven while baking! The biscuit is ready when it feels springy to the touch. Immediately remove from the tin and let it cool on a wire rack.
