FunCakes Natural Bavarois Mix 150 g

Create a delicious bavarois easily with this natural powder mix. Naturally tasty on its own, but you can customize it with your favorite flavors, such as fresh fruits, jam, or fruit juices.

Preparation: Whip 250 ml of cream until soft peaks form. Mix 50 g of bavarois mix with 60 ml of lukewarm water and gently fold into the whipped cream. The bavarois should be used immediately in a cake or dessert and then chilled in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to set. Freezer safe. For extra flavor, add FunCakes flavorings.
