FunCakes Flavor Paste Strawberry Tangy 120 g

FunCakes flavor paste has a delicious fruity taste. Ideal for flavoring buttercream, bavarois, ice cream, and various fillings.

FunCakes flavor pastes can be added to batter and are therefore suitable for baking. Perfect for adding a wonderful flavor to your batter for, for example, sponge cakes or cupcakes. Add the recommended amount to your batter. Add extra flavor paste if baking at higher temperatures (above 200°C), as the flavor may otherwise diminish. The flavor paste can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: sugar, strawberry (30%), glucose syrup, acidity regulator: E330, flavoring, thickener: E440a. May contain traces of egg, milk, and nuts.

Recommended dosage: 30 g per 500 g.
