Instructions: Preheat the oven to 170 °C (convection 160 °C). Ingredients should be at room temperature. Soften 140 g (cream) butter. Add 200 g mix and 200 g eggs (4 pieces) and mix on medium-high speed for 5 minutes until smooth. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan of approximately Ø18-20 cm and bake in the center of the oven for about 50 minutes. Remove the cake immediately after baking and let it cool on a wire rack.
