Preparation: Refer to the table on the packaging for baking times and proportions. Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection 160°C). Ensure ingredients are at room temperature. Mix the cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil, and water for 6–8 minutes until you achieve a light batter. Fill a greased baking tin ½ to ⅔ full and bake until done. Tip: Fill or decorate with buttercream or cream cheese frosting. Also suitable for cupcakes (approx. 20 cupcakes using 500 g of mix), bake at 175°C (convection 160°C) for about 20 minutes.
