The FunCakes Macaron Mix is the perfect mix to easily make your own homemade macarons (20–24 pieces). Simply add egg white to the mix and pipe uniform circles onto a baking tray. Want colored macarons? Add a little FunCakes Dust or FunCakes Food Colour Gel.

• Just add egg white and optional coloring. Mix at high speed and fill a piping bag with the batter. Pipe circles on a baking tray or use a macaron mat and let rest for 2 hours.
• Use this mix to make colored macarons in all your favorite shades. Simply add FunCakes Dust or FunCakes Food Colour Gel to achieve the desired color.
• Store in a dry place at room temperature; avoid temperature changes and heat sources.

Directions: Ingredients should be at room temperature. Mix 300 g of mix with 70 g egg white, add color if desired. Beat at high speed for at least 5 minutes. Fill a piping bag and pipe circles on a macaron mat. Let rest for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 140 °C (convection 130 °C). Bake for 15 minutes. Store in a dry place at room temperature.
