The name says it all! This extremely light, airy, and snow-white cream is truly heavenly. The FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® is perfect for filling and coating cakes or as a topping for cupcakes. It is much lighter than other creams, yet still firm enough for piped cupcake decorations that hold their shape. You can prepare Enchanted Cream® in just a few minutes.
The extremely white color makes the cream ideal for coloring with FunCakes colorings. The flavor is equally versatile: the vanilla taste is delicious on its own, but you can also experiment with other flavors by adding FunCakes flavor paste, fruit juice or zest, liqueurs, or spices. You can literally make this cream in a snap. Simply add water and/or milk, mix briefly, and the cream is ready to use immediately.
The cream is delicious as-is, but thanks to its snow-white color and vanilla flavor, it is also ideal for adding colors and flavors.

Instructions: For 1 portion of Enchanted Cream®, mix 150 g of the mix with 100 ml milk and 100 ml water at high speed for 3 minutes. Add a FunCakes flavoring if desired. The cream can be used immediately. Prepared cream can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days; stir before reuse. If desired, you can also use only milk (200 ml) or only water (200 ml) to make the cream richer or lighter. One portion of Enchanted Cream® is enough to fill 2 layers and coat 1 cake of Ø25 cm, or to pipe decorations on about 24–30 cupcakes.
