Preparation: For best results, fry. Ingredients should be at room temperature. Mix 500 g of mix, 215 ml water, and 65 ml (55 g) vegetable oil with a dough hook attachment for 5 minutes. Roll out the dough to about 5 mm thickness. Cut out the donuts and let rest for 25 minutes. Preheat the fryer to 180°C or the oven to 200°C (fan 180°C).

• Frying: Fry the donuts golden brown for about 90 seconds per side.
• Oven: Place donuts in a donut pan and bake for about 12 minutes until golden. Brush with melted butter and decorate as desired.

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, modified starch, raising agents (E450, E500), vegetable oils and fats (rapeseed), wheat gluten, salt, emulsifier (E471 palm, E472e sunflower/rapeseed), thickener (E466), flavoring, enzymes (wheat).
