These cupcakes are perfect for decorating with fondant, marzipan, or piping buttercream swirls and rosettes. Feeling creative? You can also use this mix for mini cupcakes, cake pops, or round and loaf cakes. Add FunCakes flavor pastes or FunColours food colors to vary the flavors and colors—it all works, and it’s all delicious and fun to make.

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for fan ovens). Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.

For 20–24 cupcakes: Mix 500 g mix, 250 g (room) butter, and 5 eggs (250 g) at low speed for 4 minutes until smooth. Place paper liners in a muffin tray and fill each about halfway with batter. Bake in the oven for about 18–20 minutes.

For mini cupcakes: 500 g mix makes approximately 40–48 mini cupcakes. Bake for about 12–15 minutes.

For a 25 cm cake: Bake for 60–70 minutes at 150–160°C (fan oven).
