This mix allows you to easily make a creamy, gluten-free buttercream, ideal for filling and covering cakes or topping cupcakes. It can also be used as a base layer when covering cakes with fondant or marzipan. FunCakes gluten-free buttercream already has a delightful vanilla flavor, but you can customize it with FunCakes flavor pastes. Add some food coloring to complete your creation!

Preparation:
Mix 150 g of the mix with 100 ml water in a bowl and let rest for 1 hour. Beat 180 g of soft butter for 2 minutes. Add half of the butter to the mixture and mix until fully incorporated. Add the remaining butter and mix on high speed for 5 more minutes.
