Simply add eggs and water, and bake a smooth, airy cake. The mix already has a delicious flavor on its own, but you can enhance it with some lemon zest or a flavoring if desired.

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 175°C (160°C for fan ovens). Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Mix the FunCakes Mix, eggs, and water in a bowl. Beat for 7–8 minutes on high speed, then 2–3 minutes on low speed. Pour into a greased baking tin (fill ½ to ⅔ full) and bake until done. Do not open the oven while baking! The biscuit is ready when it feels springy to the touch. Immediately remove from the tin after baking and let it cool on a wire rack.
